Grass-Fed Beef Skirt Steak

Our Grass Fed Beef Skirt steak is the cut of choice for making fajitas, Northern Mexican arrachera tacos, cornish pastries and Chinese stir-fry. To mazimize their tenderness skirt steaks are either grilled or pan-seared quickly or cooked very slowly, typically braised. Because of their strong graining, skirt steak is sliced across the grain for maximum tenderness. To aid in tenderness and flavor, marinating can help tenderize this beef steak. All our Grass-Fed Beef are grazed on our registered Organic pastures.
