1/4 Beef

Our quarters are "mixed" so each contains cuts from both front and hind. We offer 13 cuts. Steaks (about 22 lbs) include ribeye, t-bone, sirloin and flank; roasts (about 30 lbs) include rump, chuck, Pike's peak, arm and brisket plus (25 lbs [1lb pagkages]) tenderized round, stew meat, liver and 25 1# packages of hamburger. We do offer our ground chuck in 25 pound quantities.
