1/4 Beef

The quarter cuts of beef typically include the following: Tenderloin Filet (2-3 lbs), Rib Eye Steak (5-6 x 1" steaks), Top Sirloin Steak (5-6 x 1" steaks), New York Steak (6-8 x 1" steaks), Chuck Roast (4-5 x 2-3 lb roasts), Stew Meat (5-6 lbs), Ground Beef (55-60 x 1 lb), Shank (4-5 lbs). Soup Bones and Pet Bones may be requested. Our beef is grassfed and grass forages only. Steaks should be marinated and cooked using low heat practices.
