The half cuts of beef typically include the following: T-Bone Steak 6 pkgs. (2 steaks per pkg, 22 oz), Rib Eye Steak 6 pkgs. (2 steaks per pkg, 20 oz.), Sirloin Steak 6 pkgs. (2 per pkg. 20 oz. steaks), 54 pounds of roast (Chuck roast, Round Roast, 3 lbs.) Stew Meat and cube steak (4-6 lbs), Short Ribs (2 x 3 pieces), Ground Beef (90 x 1 lb packages) about 200 lbs of meat.
